On the first day, the provincial power company pulled down 50,000 kilowatts in Hengyang, and on the second day, it pulled down 3 million kilowatts, almost half of the electricity consumption in Hengyang, causing a large-scale power outage. After the fault of the generator set is repaired, power supply can be resumed.
