I have written articles on employer-sponsored immigration in four Atlantic provinces of Canada, hoping to help you.

On March 65438, 2065438, the Canadian Federal Immigration Service announced that the pilot project of immigration in the four Atlantic provinces (AIPP) would be postponed to February 1 day. AIPP starts from 20 17. It was originally planned to end in early 2020, and the new policy was extended for more than one year. Dean of Immigration College officially assisted clients to apply for AIPP project from the end of 20 17. So far, more than a dozen cases handled by our immigration lawyers have been successfully approved.
Such a high success rate is not to brag about your major. In addition to the efforts of many parties, the reliability of the project itself is also very important: it can be said that this is one of the projects with the lowest threshold for immigration to Canada at this stage. As long as the application conditions are met and the process given by us is strictly followed, you can get the maple leaf card in about 1 year.
A friend wants to immigrate to Canada. If IELTS can't meet the requirements of skilled immigrants, and you don't want to spend so much money to immigrate, and you don't want to spend time studying in Canada, don't miss this project.
1. What is the AIPP plan?
The full name of AIPP is Atlantic Immigration Courtesy Program, which translates into the pilot project of immigration in four Atlantic provinces. It is an immigration project jointly launched by NB (New Brunswick), NL (Newfoundland and Blateau), NS (Nova Scotia) and PEI (Prince Edward Island).
As can be seen from the above picture, these four provinces are located in eastern Canada and belong to remote areas. Because locals and new immigrants are keen to settle in Vancouver and Toronto, there is a very serious labor shortage in these four provinces near the Atlantic Ocean. In this context, the Canadian government launched the AIPP program, in return for maple leaf cards, to attract the following two types of talents from around the world to settle in these four provinces:
(1) Intermediate and senior technicians
International students from four Atlantic provinces
Class B does not require work experience, but only requires students to have degrees from public universities in four Atlantic provinces. International students can get a maple leaf card directly if they find a job within two years after graduation. However, because it is only for graduates from four Atlantic provinces, the scope is relatively narrow, so most domestic applications are only suitable for the 1 category of skilled workers.
2. Requirements for skilled workers to apply for AIPP
Skilled workers do not need to have any local life experience in Canada to apply for AIPP project, but only need to do the most basic investigation on the applicant's education, work experience and language ability, and then find a job.
As shown in the above figure, the academic qualifications require high school, and the recognized secondary school education is also acceptable. CLB Band 4 is not difficult, which is equivalent to the basic English level of IELTS listening 4.5, reading 3.5, writing 4 and speaking 4. Work experience should be accumulated for one year in the past three years, and full-time, part-time or intermittent work can be accumulated for one year. Of course, these jobs need to be in the National Occupational Classification (NOC) of Canada.
Applicants with work experience in category 0\A\B can be considered as senior technicians, and applicants in category C meet the requirements of intermediate technicians. There is not much difference between the two in immigration threshold.
After meeting the above hard conditions, you can apply for immigration if you get a full-time contract with a Canadian employer of not less than 1 year.
* Canada's new job needs to match previous work experience and cannot change the direction of work.
Regarding job hunting, many friends asked if it was possible for individuals to submit resumes directly to enterprises. Of course it is possible, but the success rate is very low. For employers, there is a lot of work to be done to help applicants get identity, not just to provide a job. Eligible employers must be nominated by the province, and help the applicant to formulate a settlement plan, complete the endorsement outside the province, and so on.
If the applicant doesn't know about the employer, it will be a disaster for the whole family to meet a black-hearted employer in Deception. Before we match the employer, the first condition is that he has a good reputation. We don't blindly pursue speed. At present, it takes about three months to find a satisfactory employer. After matching with the employer, the Immigration Bureau will examine and approve the employer's application for endorsement and send a reply to the candidate. The applicant will submit the endorsement letter and background materials to the Federal Immigration Office and submit the immigration application. It takes about six months to get the maple leaf card.
Theoretically, within six months after the Maple Leaf Card is approved, the applicant has two choices.
(1) Choose to apply for a work visa to work in Canada.
(2) Wait until the Maple Leaf Card is approved in China before entering Canada to work.
If you choose to wait for the Maple Leaf Card in China, the Federation may have doubts about the applicant's willingness to settle in Canada, which will affect the approval progress of the Maple Leaf Card. In short, to be on the safe side, we suggest applying for a work visa while handing in the Maple Leaf Card, and entering Canada to wait for the approval of the Maple Leaf Card. Apply for a work visa directly by relying on the approved reply, and generally give a work visa for more than one year.
On the whole, it can be done in one year from preparing to apply for immigration to successfully getting the maple leaf card.
3. Two points that must be made clear when applying for AIPP.
Although the application threshold is low, many friends may be somewhat exclusive to the four Atlantic provinces. Do I have to live in such a remote and bitter place all my life in order to get the maple leaf card?
Actually, this is a misunderstanding. Let me clarify two points here:
(1) You don't need to live in these four provinces for a long time to immigrate to Canada through the AIPP project.
(2) The living environment in the four Atlantic provinces is not as bad as expected.
According to Canadian federal regulations, maple leaf card holders have the right to move freely. Although the purpose of the immigration plan for the four Atlantic provinces is to attract more people to live there, the immigration bureau has no power to force applicants to stay in the local provinces all the time.
At present, it is common for some applicants to live in other provinces immediately after they get the maple leaf card, but this behavior is not recommended and the risk is a bit great. We suggest that applicants work in the province they apply for for for one year before choosing to leave. At the very least, you should have a local tax payment certificate, a water and electricity bill and other proof that you live there. Because the maple leaf card is valid for five years and needs to be renewed when it expires, it can be more secure to renew it with these vouchers.
And the living conditions in the four Atlantic provinces are not so difficult. As far as the four Atlantic provinces are concerned, the infrastructure is not backward in both urban and rural areas.
? Fredricton, the capital of New Brunswick.
? St John, the capital of Newfoundland.
? Halifax, the capital of Nova Scotia
? Charlottetown, the capital of Prince Edward Island
Although not as prosperous as Vancouver and Toronto, Canada's first-tier cities have complete facilities, rich natural landscapes and educational resources, so you don't have to worry about your children's education and living environment.
Finally, speaking of climate, we all know that Canada is cold in winter, but these four provinces are close to the Atlantic Ocean, and the temperature in winter is totally acceptable except that it will be slightly humid. In addition, there is heating indoors, and outdoor activities are also by car, so people's time to stay outdoors is very limited. Many of our clients and friends have lived in these four provinces, including many southerners, and the feedback is good.
4.AIPP is still one of the lowest migration routes.
Of course, there is still a gap between the overall environment of the four Atlantic provinces and the first-and second-tier cities in China. But because of this, this is a good opportunity for friends who want to immigrate to Canada.
Canada also called out the "Million Immigrants Plan" a few days ago. If you want to immigrate to Canada, you must seize the window of these years. For AIPP projects in four Atlantic provinces, the quota was 2,000 in 65,438+08, and later increased to 2,500.
The number of regular places is still 2,000 this year, and it is likely to continue to increase in the second half of the year. At present, the Canadian immigration officials are also vigorously promoting it, which can be described as the limelight. There is not too much backlog of cases in the channel, and the trial speed is very fast. What is more commendable is that AIPP has not seen serious negative news for so many years, which proves that this immigration bill is still very supported by all walks of life in Canada.
Don't miss one of the lowest immigration projects in Canada. Moreover, finding an immigration agency requires more comparison and arming yourself with knowledge.
