First of all, your visa may not be processed so early. The consulate will see your start date. If you leave school early, you may not get a visa and you can't tell them that you want to work. .

Secondly, you have to have a place to live after you go to England. If you have relatives and friends, it may be fine. If not, it will be more troublesome. Everything in England is very expensive. If you are new to English, have no work experience, no recommendation letter from the school, no fixed address and no resume, it is impossible to find a serious job in the local area. Maybe you can find a job in some Chinese restaurants, but there are few opportunities to provide accommodation, and working in Chinese restaurants is very tiring. Compared with the British, the bosses in China are much more harsh on their employees, because you are doing black jobs, and they don't need resumes or anything, but their wages will be very small, and they will be tired to death every day. I don't think you can learn much about English culture by working in a restaurant in China. Not much different from China.
