In the United States, it is illegal to catch mice without permission. Why are there such wonderful rules?

I've never seen it illegal to catch mice in the United States, but there are so many laws and regulations in the United States that it's amazing and unacceptable. In almost every of the 50 States in the United States, there are several unique and wonderful laws and regulations (smiling face ... fortunately, our country is very open-minded). Here are a few that I personally think are wonderful and even unacceptable.

One: American regulations stipulate that sleeveless shirts cannot be worn in parks.

In Maryland, USA, if you wear a sleeveless shirt in the park, congratulations, your money will leave you. It is said that this is a rule that prohibits vagrants from entering the park (wow, this idea is not pitiful enough for vagrants).

Two: American regulations stipulate that you can't get drunk in bars.

In Alaska, there is a law that you can't stay in a bar as long as you are drunk. However, the law claims that a person who drinks too much may walk into a bar unconsciously, so you must leave quickly, or you will be punished by law. I really want to ask, if you go to the bar, will you not get drunk? What's the point of this bar? Where is the soul?

Three: American laws and regulations stipulate that you can't swear at more than two people in public.

In Mississippi, there is a law that says never swear at more than two people in public, otherwise you have broken the law and you will be detained for 30 days and fined. Quietly ask if it is invisible enough. What if the sworn person fails to fulfill this oath? Four: American regulations stipulate that it is illegal for dogs to chase bears!

In California, there is a rule that it is illegal for a dog to chase a bear. So is the dog punished or the owner of the dog punished?
