Is Li Bai Russian?

Li Bai, a great poet in the Tang Dynasty, was born in Suiye, Central Asia and belongs to today's Kazakhstan. However, it was the jurisdiction of the Tang Dynasty, and Stan didn't know where it was. When he was a teenager, he moved to Sichuan and grew up with his father. As an adult, he went out of Sichuan and wandered around China. His experience is a bit like that of overseas Chinese in China now. He was born in China, but when he grew up, he became a citizen of other countries, so he was called a China native. But there are not so many procedures and regulations in Li Bai's poems.
