In order to implement the state's decision to cancel the surcharge for urban public utilities and special funds for industrial enterprise structural adjustment, reduce or exempt the national major water conservancy project construction fund and the post-resettlement support fund for large and medium-sized reservoirs, and rationally adjust the electricity price structure, as well as the provincial government's opinion on suspending the collection of post-resettlement support funds for small and medium-sized reservoirs and eliminating backward coal-fired power production capacity, according to the unified deployment of the National Development and Reform Commission and the reform process of transmission and distribution prices in our province, it is decided to adjust the sales electricity price and benchmark on-grid electricity price of coal-fired power generation. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, reduce the sales price of industry and commerce in our province

The industrial and commercial sales electricity price of Shandong Power Grid decreased by 0.02 19 yuan (including tax, the same below) on average per kWh. Among them, the general industrial and commercial and other electricity prices decreased by 0.0 1 14 yuan; The cumulative average price of large industrial electricity decreased by 0.026 yuan, realizing the same price of large industrial electricity in the whole province. The second is to adjust the on-grid electricity price of coal-fired generating units.

The on-grid electricity price of coal-fired generating units in our province is increased by 0.0 1.88 yuan per kwh on average. In order to further promote the reform of power generation side electricity price, the on-grid electricity price of power generation enterprises is gradually merged with the benchmark on-grid electricity price through differential adjustment, thus narrowing the electricity price gap between units.

(1) Coal-fired generating units in the province. Units that implement the benchmark on-grid price of coal-fired units will increase by 0.022 yuan per kWh; The on-grid tariff of other non-benchmark tariff units should be adjusted differently. The benchmark on-grid electricity price of coal-fired units in our province (including desulfurization, denitrification and dust removal electricity prices) was adjusted to 0.3949 yuan. Before commercial operation, the on-grid electricity price of generator sets and the residual on-grid electricity price of enterprise-owned generator sets are adjusted to 0.3 159 yuan.

(2) "Electricity enters Shandong" generator set. The on-grid electricity price of "point-to-grid" coal-fired generating units in Ningdong increased by 0.0078 yuan per kWh, and the floor electricity price was adjusted to 0.3883 yuan (including denitration, dust removal and ultra-low electricity price).
