Can't Chinese who have immigrated to the United States and have American citizenship join the China Producers' Party?

Anyone who joins and works in a party organization and pays party dues according to regulations can become the party's party member.

In other words, to apply to join the China * * * production party, you must be a citizen of China nationality; Foreign citizens cannot join the China * * * production party.
