Zou Shukui signed an immigration relocation agreement alone, which could not withstand the "torture" of insurance company staff. Finally, he ran into a wall and was unconscious. Although his life was restored after hospital treatment, his body and mind were greatly hurt. There are many such examples, so I won't list them one by one. I just want to say that it is an act of the government to implicitly force villagers to sign relocation agreements and demolish houses by "coaxing, cheating and scaring". Is such a government a people's government? I think it is no different from the bandit Kuomintang.

2. There are no regulations on where and how to resettle the immigrants after relocation, which has caused the troubles of how to build houses after the demolition of old houses, and brought troubles, tossing and even huge losses to the immigrants. For example, some villagers in Xiaba built houses in "Fengbei Bay" and were asked to move their houses after only three months, because "Fengbei Bay" was identified as a landslide area. For another example, after some immigrants built houses in the places where the original immigrants had been resettled, the government of Daping Town, Wuchuan County used the police force and hired social idlers to smash and burn the immigrant houses on the grounds that they were illegal buildings, which brought huge economic losses to the immigrants. The government says Zou Xiyu's house is legal and yours is illegal. God, immigrants from the same place, why is Zou Xiyu's house legal and ours illegal? If it is illegal, everyone should be illegal. Why tear down our house and leave his house? I would like to ask the government, if it wants to increase the crime, why not change it? ?

3. Occupancy and compensation have not been fully implemented, and there are unreasonable situations. Except for some approved compensation prices, quite a few have not yet approved compensation prices, such as sand and gravel fields, water weirs, rivers, sun dams, firewood forests, barren hills and shrubs. Is this reasonable? In addition, immigrants from Shiyazi Hydropower Station in hongdu river account for 80% of the total population in the reservoir area. Crops (including fruit trees) on the land are 10- 15 days earlier than those on the sand bar, and the geographical conditions are much better than those on the sand bar, but the compensation standard is much lower and unreasonable.

4. Violent demolitions. For example, for immigrants who have not signed an agreement with the government to move, the government's attitude is also clear-cut, bold and inhuman. The government's guarantee unit (the government presses the unit and the unit presses the immigrants) forcibly hires people to tear down the tiles of the houses of the immigrants who have not signed the agreement and smash the houses. Zhang Lin (Shen Zhene) is one of the representatives. Regarding the fact that the house has not signed an agreement and the house has been seriously damaged, he has repeatedly asked the Immigration Bureau and the government for an explanation, but the government has been shirking it and has not replied so far. This is the government, a government that understands the law! ! !

5. Violent repression. It is violence for the government to treat the houses of immigrants who have not signed the relocation agreement, and it is also violence to treat immigrants themselves. If it is soft violence to force villagers to sign unreasonable relocation agreements by means of inducement and intimidation, then it is hard violence to use police force and hire social idlers to beat immigrants. Disabled people suffer from hard violence, as do students under 14. Migrant women victims were violently beaten by government workers, local police and social idlers in the government building when they went to Daping Town Government in Wuchuan County for advice. The injured immigrants are seriously injured, and some immigrant women are still waiting for answers in the government building. Isn't this typical hard violence? This is the government. What justice is there in such atrocities?

6. Collusion between government and business, seizing the property of immigrants and dividing the interests of immigrants and people. Immigrants get very little compensation. Building and development are extremely difficult. However, the government changed its indifference to the lives of immigrants and took a fancy to a small amount of compensation for immigrants. In order to plan the people and collude with the developers, Daping Town Government expropriated land at the price of 15 yuan/square, and now it sells it to the immigrant people at the price of 450 yuan/square. All immigrants in Longtan Village, Daping Town, Wuchuan County can't afford such a high price when they get compensation, and the land price in that remote place can't be as high as 450 yuan per square meter. The purpose of the government's doing this is to force immigrants to buy the land acquired by developers through auction, seize the few poor compensation that immigrants get, and divide the interests of immigrants.

7. The income and expenditure of compensation and resettlement funds for land acquisition have not been publicized. According to the regulations, the relocation cost reached about 200 million yuan, but only about 40 million yuan was actually paid. Where is the rest of the money? How to use it? Where is it used? We immigrants strongly demand publicity. This is also in line with the provisions of Article 53 of the State Council Decree No.471Regulations on Land Requisition Compensation and Resettlement for Large and Medium-sized Water Conservancy and Hydropower Projects. What's the intention of the government not posting the list?

The problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers are related to economic development, social stability and national prosperity. Our party and government have always attached great importance to the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, recognized the importance of solving problems, and asked local governments to pay serious attention to the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. Does Wuchuan county government attach importance to the issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers? Immigrants in Longtan Village, Daping Town believe that the main person in charge of the government and the person directly responsible have serious inaction on the immigration issue, which leads to the migrants having no fixed address; Causing immigrants to be beaten by state officials; Leading to the violent demolition of immigrant houses without signing an agreement; It has led to huge losses suffered by immigrants because of relocation. How was the spirit of the 17th CPC National Congress implemented in the hands of these government leaders? How is the ruling idea of "people-oriented, ruling for the people" implemented by these government leaders? Now the life of immigrants is not as good as before, and they have become refugees and wronged people! Where is justice? ! In view of this, immigrants from Longtan Village in Daping Town strongly demand that relevant government departments:

First, planning resettlement sites, allowing immigrants to choose Guomutang (where Zou Xiyu, an immigrant, legally built a house) as resettlement sites, and giving them preferential treatment and convenience. Publicize all resettlement compensation.

Two, verify the price of sand, weir, river, dam, firewood, barren hills, shrubs, etc. And seek truth from facts to give compensation; If the occupation and compensation are not fully implemented, re-verify the unreasonable situation and then reissue it realistically.

3. Order the Daping Town Government of Wuchuan County to compensate for the housing losses of illegally smashed immigrants; Pay the medical expenses of immigrants who have been injured by violence.

Four, give administrative sanctions to the responsible person and the person directly responsible in the process of resettlement in Wuchuan County, Zunyi City.

The county magistrate and mayor of Wuchuan County, secretary Ran Qizhen of Daping Town, director Shen of Daping Town Land Institute, and director of Daping Town Police Station were dismissed from public office by China, demanding that judicial organs investigate the criminal responsibility of state public officials for beating immigrants.

In view of the above situation, we strongly urge the relevant government departments to send personnel to investigate and understand the situation as soon as possible, and negotiate with the immigrant masses to solve the practical problems currently facing. Open and transparent implementation of the national immigration policy, in strict accordance with the provincial reservoir resettlement standards, do a good job in land acquisition compensation and resettlement for immigrants, and create an ideal new home for immigrants.
