Heshui County, which belongs to Qingyang City, Gansu Province, is located in the east of Gansu Province, with east longitude10751'-10842' and north latitude of 35 36'-36 37'. It is adjacent to Fuxian County in Shaanxi Province in the east, Xifeng District and Qingcheng County in the west and Ningxian County in the south.
