Heshui County, which belongs to Qingyang City, Gansu Province, is located in the east of Gansu Province, with east longitude10751'-10842' and north latitude of 35 36'-36 37'. It was built in the Song Dynasty, and it is made of chiseled red sand. It is an octagonal building with dense eaves, 13 floor, and it is a provincial cultural relics protection unit.
