Conditions for China people to buy a house in Kazakhstan

1. Legal identity: Applicants need to have legal proof of China identity, such as ID card or passport, which is the basic condition for applying for a residence permit in Kazakhstan and purchasing real estate.

2. Proof of source of funds: the applicant needs to provide proof of source of funds to prove that he has enough funds to purchase the property, including bank statement and income certificate.

3. Residence permit in Kazakhstan: Applicants who intend to live in Kazakhstan for a long time need to obtain a residence permit in Kazakhstan and apply at the Kazakhstan Immigration Bureau, and meet certain conditions and procedures.
