Is it easy to apply for a Dutch work visa?

Dutch students can apply for a Dutch work visa. Applying for a one-year work residence visa is to prepare for future skilled immigrants. This period is called zoekjaar. People with higher education abroad can also apply for residence, and the visa period is 1 year.

Dutch work visa application conditions:

1. As a graduate, you have never applied for a job in the Netherlands;

2. Apply for the Netherlands as an international student and have a residence permit;

3. Have a diploma and degree from U or H University in the Netherlands;

4. The graduation time shall not exceed 1 year;

Zoekjaar is divided into two types in the Netherlands.

One of them is called Zockjar. The applicant is: a student who is about to graduate and apply for zoekjaar. You can apply within 1 year of graduation, but the ID start date always starts from graduation. Therefore, it is a bit wasteful to apply for this kind of zoekjaar more than half a year after graduation.

The application conditions are: you must be a graduate student or a doctor. Never used zoekjaar permissions. You can apply within 3 years from the date of graduation. The application materials are also very simple: diploma certification+(+IELTS score+passport+copy of ID card+photo +600 Euro+application form.

Application materials:

1. Copies of all personal information pages and all stamped and signed pages of the passport;

2. A copy of the graduation certificate, indicating the graduation date. The graduation certificate must be issued by a Dutch university or university.

Procedure:

Please contact your local IND office or call 0900 123456 1. They will give you a letter listing the materials you must bring when you make an appointment.

After you hand in the application materials and money, you will put a label on your passport. The label says you can stay in Holland and work.

The application result will take up to 6 weeks, and IND will inform you by letter.
