Where can I get the Taiwan Entry Permit?

You can't go to the Public Security Bureau to apply for the Taiwan Entry Permit yourself. At present, you must apply for it by a qualified travel agency or visa company, but there is no restriction on the location, that is, you can apply for it in any city and a legitimate online travel agency store or visa company. There is no requirement to apply for it in a direct city, so you can apply for it wherever it is cheap.

The entry permit is a document issued by the entry-exit and immigration bureau of the internal affairs department of Taiwan Province Province to residents of Chinese mainland, Hong Kong and Macao. Mainland residents who want to go to Taiwan Province Province must apply to the exit-entry administration department of the municipal or county public security bureau where their permanent residence is located for the formalities of going to Taiwan Province Province.

Handling process:

2. Original and photocopy of household registration book

4. Fill in the "Application Form for Beijing (or Shanghai, Xiamen) Residents to and from Taiwan Province"

Take out the pass seven working days later and hand it over to the travel agency.

Step 2: Take the mainland residents' pass to and from Taiwan, find a travel agency and tell them that you want to apply for a free entry permit. Like going to Japan, all the documents for going to Taiwan Province must be handled by a travel agency, and they must be qualified travel agencies. But you don't have to worry about qualifications. Go around and find out which travel agency is qualified to travel to Taiwan. Any international travel agency can help you. The staff of the travel agency will provide you with various forms and ask you for the information you need. The required information and forms are as follows:

1. Application (and filling in the attached form);

a) the application form of people from mainland China coming to Taiwan for personal travel

b) the itinerary of people from mainland China coming to Taiwan for personal travel

c) the emergency contact information of people from mainland China; (The emergency contact person must provide the relatives on the same household registration book as the applicant, and attach a copy of this person's ID card)

d) List of relatives of people in mainland China; (If you go alone, you don't need to fill in if you have no accompanying relatives)

2. 2-inch color photos with white background in the last 2 years;

3. Identity card of mainland residents (copy of front and back)

4. Copy of household registration book of the whole family;

5. Color scanned documents or originals of the home page and valid endorsement page of the Mainland Pass to and from Taiwan;

6. Have one of the following qualification documents

Be at least 2 years old and have one of the following financial proof: (choose one from three)

1. Have a bank deposit certificate equivalent to NT$ 2, or more; (Best choice)

2. The annual salary income is equivalent to NT$ 5, (about RMB 12,) salary income or tax payment certificate;

3. There is a certificate issued by a mainland bank or financial institution to issue a gold card;

Remarks: Students over the age of 18 who are studying in Taiwan alone should attach the student ID card or certificate of studying in the current school and the consent of their immediate blood relatives.

Article 3 Mainland residents going to Taiwan Province shall pass through open or designated entry and exit ports with travel documents issued by the exit and entry administration departments of public security organs.

Article 4 Taiwan Province residents coming to the mainland shall pass through open or designated entry and exit ports with travel documents issued by the competent state authorities.
