How to carry out foreign affairs without supporting parents after immigration

If the parents are not supported after immigration, it shall be carried out in the following ways.

1. If parents file a lawsuit in China, but their children do not raise any objection after learning about it and respond to the lawsuit, even if they are not of China nationality and live abroad, the courts in China shall be deemed to have jurisdiction according to the principle of responding to the lawsuit, and the foreign-related execution shall be carried out in a way that the courts in China have jurisdiction.

2. If the parents sue in China, but the children ignore it after learning about it, the China court cannot obtain jurisdiction.

3. If parents sue abroad and have no obligation to support according to local laws, they will lose the case.
