This is because after Zhu Yuanzhang established the Ming Dynasty, Zhu Yuanzhang opened the imperial tomb in Fengyang, and such a huge project greatly deepened the economic and agricultural pressure in Fengyang at that time.

In order to change the barren land and sparsely populated situation in Fengyang, Zhu Yuanzhang made a decision to immigrate Jiangnan people to Fengyang in Hongwu four years. Fengyang is the place where Zhu Yuanzhang rose, so Zhu Yuanzhang also specially exempted Fengyang from the corvee, that is, in this case, Fengyang gradually became rich, but because Zhu Yuanzhang forced people from other places in the south of the Yangtze River to move to Fengyang, Jiangnan people were disgusted with Zhu Yuanzhang.

When Fengyang was established, it was because of so many huge projects that the builders were miserable. By the end of the Ming Dynasty and the beginning of the Qing Dynasty, in order to consolidate its reputation among the people, the Qing Dynasty specially recruited a group of people to say that the Ming Dynasty was not good, so those people involved Zhu Yuanzhang at that time.
