The industries most affected by visas are accommodation, catering services and IT industry.

As early as last November, the Australian government has drastically reformed the 457 visa, shortening the maximum period for 457 visa holders to find jobs in Australia from the previous 9 days to 6 days. 457 visa holders should find a new job within 6 days after resigning from their previous job, otherwise they need to apply for a new work visa.

People who have already passed the 457 visa to work in Australia will not be affected.
