Why do Chinese stores, hospitals, police, and cars all have Chinese and English, but when we go to the United States, there is no Chinese and only English? Why?

Chinese and English are all sounds, there is no comparison. Both English and Chinese are words, but English is much simpler. There are no more than a hundred uppercase and lowercase letters plus punctuation marks, so it can easily be done in a few days. It’s useless if you don’t have two or three thousand Chinese characters. It’s difficult. Foreign countries do not use Chinese characters because Chinese characters are difficult. A lot of the English used in China is not English, such as Hanyu Pinyin, which is not a text at all, but a phonetic symbol. It's troublesome to use it as a literal in a place name. As for why English is required for exams in China, that is a matter for the Ministry of Education and cannot be explained here.
