First, the killing is too heavy, and there are more women than men.

Fourth, immigrants are closed and conservative.

However, Russia has taken strict restrictions on foreign immigrants, and even actively cracked down on immigrants, and does not welcome foreign immigrants. This policy makes the world's foreign population rarely go to Russia. As a result, when the fertility rate is not good, people continue to immigrate, but do not let foreign immigrants enter.
