How to apply for a US L 1A work visa?

American L 1 Visa application process:

L- 1A visa is issued to the manager or supervisor of the branch in the United States, and the maximum residence in the United States is seven years; L- 1A visa is to work or start a business in the United States on behalf of its foreign parent company, and its family members, spouses and children under 2 1 can accompany it.
