Foreign organizations and individuals conducting religious activities in the autonomous region shall be handled in accordance with the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Administration of Religious Activities of Foreigners in China. Article 6 All religions and sects should respect each other, do not interfere with each other, seek common ground while reserving differences and live in harmony on the basis of patriotism and support for the socialist system. No organization or individual may create disputes between different religions or sects. The management and use of land, forests and houses requisitioned by the state for religious activities shall be handled in accordance with the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant state regulations. Fifteenth relevant units and individuals to rebuild or build new buildings, set up commercial and service outlets, hold exhibitions, shoot movies and TV series, must obtain the consent of the management organization of religious activities and the religious affairs department of the people's government at or above the county level. Sixteenth sites for religious activities listed as cultural relics protection units or located in scenic spots shall, in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, manage and protect cultural relics and protect the environment, and accept the guidance and supervision of relevant departments. Article 17 Places for religious activities shall be managed by democratic management organizations elected by religious citizens under the guidance of religious groups. Eighteenth democratic management organizations in places of religious activities can run enterprises and institutions by themselves; According to the relevant regulations of the state, religious activities can sell religious articles, religious artworks and religious books and periodicals.

Places for religious activities may accept alms, contributions, stickers or donations voluntarily given by religious citizens, but they shall not be assessed. Article 19 The property and income of a religious activity place shall be managed and used by the democratic management organization of the religious activity place, and no other organization or individual may possess or use it free of charge. Article 20 Religious organizations are mass organizations that represent the legitimate rights and interests of religious personnel and religious citizens, assist the government in implementing religious policies, and guide religious personnel and religious citizens to carry out normal religious activities.

Religious organizations are managed by the religious affairs department of the people's government. Twenty-first the establishment of a religious group, approved by the religious affairs department of the people's government at or above the county level, shall apply to the civil affairs department at the same level for registration.

Religious groups organize religious activities and perform religious education affairs according to law, and no organization or individual may interfere.
