Who can apply for family reunion?
Foreign immigrants who have legally lived in Spain for more than one year or apply for a one-year residence change for the first time have the right to reunite with their families in Spain. Family members who can be reunited can:
1. The spouses of foreign immigrants are not separated in fact and law, and there is no fake marriage in law.
If foreign laws allow polygamy, you can only reunite with one spouse.
2. Children of foreign immigrants and their spouses, including adopted children. /kloc-people under 0/8 years old or unable to take care of themselves and unmarried. If it is the child of one of the spouses, it is also necessary for the spouse to have custody of the child and fulfill his obligations in fact.
If you are an adopted child, you need to prove that you meet the necessary factors for adopting a child in Spain.
3. Foreigners in Spain who are under the age of 18 or cannot take care of themselves must be their legal guardians.
4. Parents or spouses of foreign immigrants, who must be raised by the applicant or their spouses and have reasons to prove the necessity of living in Spain.
Materials for family reunion
Applications for family reunion must be made in advance and submitted to the relevant departments in person. There are two addresses for sending materials: C/Garcia de Paredes, aged 65, and C/Manuel Luna, aged 29.
The required materials are as follows:

Materials submitted to the Embassy of China
Materials to be submitted for applying for a family reunion visa to the Consular Section of the Spanish Embassy in China after applying for family reunion approval in the West:
1. Fill in the visa application form and attach two recent photos.
2. Copies of all pages of the passport held by the applicant, the validity period of the passport should be greater than 120 days, and notarized copies of all pages of the passport should be aggregated.
3. An officially recognized application for reunion provided by relatives living in Spain.

5. The original health certificate issued by the medical institution designated by the Consular Section of the Embassy proves that the applicant has not suffered from any serious disease stipulated by any international medical organization.
6. A notarized copy of the aggregator's residence permit in Spain, or the original approval letter for changing the residence permit.
7. If it is a husband-and-wife relationship, a copy of China's marriage certificate and a certified marriage certificate (within 6 months) are required; If you are a child, you need to provide the birth certificate (original and photocopy) issued by the official of China and the birth certificate (original and photocopy) certified by notary translation. If the applicant is a child of one parent, the parent must provide a translated and certified notarial certificate (original and photocopy) of the sole custody of the child. If the other parent is also in Spain, an official copy of all pages of his residence permit and passport issued by the Spanish notary office is required. If it is an adopted child, a notarized adoption certificate is required.
8. If the minor applying for family reunion is only the child of one parent living in Spain, a translated and certified notarial certificate (original and photocopy) that can prove the other parent's consent to the child's reunion in Spain shall be provided.
9. If you are the parents of the aggregator, you must submit proof of financial dependence on the aggregator and the reason for staying in Spain. In order to prove the financial dependence on the collector, the remittance slip (original and copy) sent by the collector to the applicant in the last year should be provided.
10. Original and photocopy of each page of the account.
