How long does it take for IELTS test report to arrive in China?

After the tenth or eleventh working day after the end of the IELTS test time, the transcripts will be distributed.

The first five extra transcripts applied within 1 month after the release of IELTS scores are exempt from handling fees.

Please note that free extra transcripts cannot be discounted, deducted or transferred to other test dates. If the vacant places occupied by the invalid application are still within the validity period of 1 month, the system will automatically return them to the candidates.

Candidates can log on to the personal homepage of the registration website to check the sending status of bonus transcripts. After the extra transcripts are sent, the system will also notify the candidates by email.

If the candidate's application for sending extra transcripts in China is not approved, the service fee and courier fee paid by the candidate will be returned to the candidate's NEEA account within 3 working days after the service ends. Candidates can log on to the personal homepage of the registration website to check the refund record. The balance can be used to apply for re-examination or other post-examination services, and candidates can also apply for returning the balance to the bank account.

Candidates who want to return the balance of NEEA account to the bank account should log on to their personal homepage, select the item "Apply for Refund", submit the information of refund application online according to the website prompts, download the refund application form, fill it out manually and send it to the IELTS national service hotline of the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education: 0/kloc-0-82345671,and the service time is Monday to Friday in :ielts@mail.neea.edu.cn.

Saturday (written test day): 07:30- 13:00). Within four to six weeks after the application materials are confirmed, the refund will be returned to your bank account or transferred to your designated account through bank transfer. If you have any questions or have not received a refund, please contact the IELTS national service hotline of the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education in time.
