Where can I get an overseas vaccine certificate?

The certificate of going abroad to open a vaccine needs to be issued by the local health administrative department. According to the relevant provisions of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases, the state implements the planned immunization system. The administrative department of health in the State Council and the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall, according to the needs of infectious disease prevention and control, formulate plans for infectious disease vaccination and organize their implementation. Vaccines used for vaccination must meet the national quality standards. The state implements a vaccination certificate system for children. Vaccination in the national immunization program is free. Medical institutions, disease prevention and control institutions and guardians of children should cooperate with each other to ensure that children receive vaccination in time.

Go to the inoculation point in your district (please make an appointment in advance, or call the inoculation clinic to know the precautions before inoculation and make an appointment for inoculation time). For those who fail to complete the vaccination according to China's vaccination procedures, they can complete the relevant vaccination in the vaccination units under their jurisdiction and record them in the vaccination record certificate. The outbound personnel shall go to the international travel health care center with their vaccination certificate (original) or vaccination record certificate to handle the vaccination related certificates required for leaving the country, including the transcription, translation and card transfer of vaccination records.
