What documents and forms do I need to submit to study in New Zealand?

1. The student application form 10 12 is signed in the L part of page 10.

2. Apply for Supplementary Form 1027 and sign on the last line of page 3.

3. Physical Examination Form 1007, with 3 color photos and passport, to go to the hospital designated by the New Zealand Immigration Bureau for physical examination, an appointment is required. Prepare the following materials and make sure that they are correct, and then have a physical examination.

4. Original passport

5. Photos 3 2-inch color photos

6. China's address, mailing address, zip code, and parents' phone numbers are all written on paper (parents' phone numbers are reserved for answering inquiries from immigration officers).

7. The applicant's work and study resume is written on a piece of paper.

8. Notarial certificate with no criminal record

9. No certificate of criminal punishment-the public security bureau or police station shows it, signs and seals it, writes the date, and asks for the original.

10. Birth certificate

12. Notarial certificate of kinship (for immediate family members)
