(1) Resettlement compensation and subsidies

According to the planning and design report of resettlement approved by Hunan Provincial People's Government, resettlement compensation includes two parts: personal property compensation and relocation subsidy. Among them, houses affected by the inundation of the expansion project of the day before yesterday's River Reservoir or demolished due to the construction of the project will be compensated according to the replacement price. The compensation standards for immigrant houses (excluding compensation for house decoration and indoor drinking water lighting) are: 740 yuan /m2 for frame structure houses, 690 yuan /m2 for brick-concrete structure houses, 560 yuan /m2 for brick-wood structure houses, 465,438 yuan /m2 for wood structure houses, 400 yuan /m2 for adobe houses and 65,438+for miscellaneous houses.

(2) Resettlement of immigrants

1. Immigration and resettlement destinations. According to the report on the planning and design of resettlement approved by the Hunan Provincial People's Government, all the migrants of the expansion project of Tianjianhe Reservoir were resettled in Jianghua Yao Autonomous County, and the migrants chose to be resettled in six centralized resettlement sites in towns planned by Jianghua Yao Autonomous County.

2. Planning and construction of resettlement sites. According to the requirements of urban planning standards, the resettlement sites are planned and constructed in combination with the construction of Yao cultural tourist attractions, tourist service areas and towns with Yao customs and characteristics. The roads, water supply and drainage, power supply, telecommunications, radio and television, and site leveling works of the resettlement sites shall be uniformly built by the government.

3. Construction of resettlement houses. According to the relevant policies and regulations of reservoir resettlement, resettlement houses encourage immigrants to build their own houses, and immigrants can also apply for entrusting the government to build and ensure the basic housing of brick-concrete structure of 25 square meters per capita. Immigrants with registered permanent residence in the reservoir area and the project construction area have no housing outside the reservoir area and the project construction area, and the compensation for per capita housing (including miscellaneous houses) does not reach 17250 yuan (25m2 brick-concrete structure housing area × unit price of compensation for brick-concrete structure housing in 690 yuan), the compensation shall be made at per capita 17250 yuan.

If immigrants choose to build their own resettlement houses, they will contact and determine the construction team, be responsible for construction management and quality management, determine the construction area and standards, and use compensation subsidies and self-raised funds to solve the construction costs of resettlement houses.

If immigrants voluntarily entrust the government to build resettlement houses, they shall sign an agreement with the construction agent, and the government shall determine the construction enterprises to undertake the construction according to the legal provisions and procedures. Immigrant towns and villages shall elect immigrant representatives to form a building council to participate in the supervision and management of the whole process of resettlement housing construction.

If the immigrants entrust the government to build houses on their behalf, and the cost exceeds the total amount of compensation subsidy funds, the unit price agreed in the entrustment agreement shall be calculated and the house price difference shall be paid in advance. After the house is completed and accepted, it will be settled, with more refunds and less subsidies.
