How does Quanzhou apply for housing subsidies?

Legal analysis: Baidu, the employer, searches Quanzhou Urban Construction Group's Quanfangtong website, fills in the Application Form for Employment, Entrepreneurship and Housing Security for College Graduates in Quanzhou and the Summary Form for Employment, Entrepreneurship and Housing Security for College Graduates in Quanzhou, and uploads the original ID card, academic certificate, degree certificate, labor contract, business license or registration certificate of private non-enterprise units, and tax payment by the employer. If you rent a youth apartment, the youth apartment service station will handle housing subsidies and other services in a unified manner.

Legal basis: Two supporting policies: Quanzhou's Implementation Opinions on Encouraging Industry to Need College Graduates to Come to Quanzhou for Employment and Entrepreneurship (Trial).

(1) Implementing housing subsidies for college graduates. Since the date of issuance of this implementation opinion, Quanzhou enterprises, introduced scientific research institutes, employment or self-employment (from the date of signing labor contracts with employers), and industries under the age of 35 are in urgent need of housing subsidies for college graduates with bachelor degree or above. Graduate students, first-class universities, first-class disciplines, universities of Chinese Academy of Sciences, China Academy of Social Sciences, and Fortune 500 universities will receive monthly housing subsidies in 800 yuan, and other urgently needed undergraduate graduates will receive monthly housing subsidies in 600 yuan for a maximum of 24 months. The required funds shall be borne by the municipal and county finance in a ratio of 3:7. Responsible units: Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, Housing and Construction Bureau, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Finance Bureau, Quanzhou Urban Construction Group, people's governments of counties (cities, districts), Quanzhou Development Zone and quanzhou taiwanese investment zone Administrative Committee.

(2) Promote the rental security service for college graduates. Encourage and support all kinds of enterprises to build and operate youth apartments for college graduates in the gathering places of college graduates according to the standard of "carrying bags", and provide all-weather "one-stop" rental services such as full-time housekeepers and youth club activities, and tilt them in terms of policies and land use. Improve the functions of declaration, audit, housing selection and renting of the "all-housing" website. College graduates who meet the housing subsidy conditions and do not have their own houses (including spouses and minor children) in the county (city, district) where they work can apply for renting youth apartments and implement the subsidy policy of rent price 15%. The required funds shall be borne by the finance of the county (city, district) where the leased security service business unit pays taxes.
