Conditions for soldiers to move into Beijing

Legal analysis: 1. I have one of the following conditions and can accept placement (1). I was born in Beijing and enlisted in Beijing; (2) Beijing joined the army, and family life was based on Beijing; (3) two soldiers turned around (married for one year), and one was born or enlisted in Beijing; (4) The spouse has a permanent residence in Beijing before marriage (one year after marriage) or a permanent residence in Beijing before joining the army; (5) The spouse has been with the army and obtained a permanent residence in Beijing for 4 years (before March 3/KLOC-0 of that year, the registration time of the household registration book shall prevail); (6) With the approval of the Military Commission, demobilized cadres who belong to the merged, demoted or demobilized units have spouses with permanent residence in Beijing (married for one year); (7) Unmarried or divorced demobilized military cadres (divorced for one year) can be placed according to the conditions of their spouses in Beijing. Deputy battalion commander of troops stationed in six districts of the city (including deputy-level, professional and technical level 1 1, and sports level 7 cadres), deputy battalion commander of troops stationed in other districts or cadres who have been in active service 15 years or more; (8) Demoted demobilized cadres who belong to merged, demoted or demobilized units with the approval of the Military Commission, unmarried or divorced (divorced for one year), troops stationed in Beijing (9) First-class and second-class soldiers (married for one year), and troops of either party stationed in Beijing; ⑽ I am married, my parents have permanent residence in Beijing, and I have no children around me; ⑾ The spouse's parents have permanent residence in this city, and the spouse is an only child; ⑿ I am unmarried and my parents have permanent residence in Beijing; (13) One or both parents are soldiers and live in remote and hard areas 10 years. Born and enlisted in Beijing or retired from Beijing.

Legal basis: Interim Measures for Resettlement of Demobilized Military Cadres

Sixteenth demobilized military cadres are generally placed according to their origin or the province (autonomous region or municipality directly under the central government) where they joined the army, or according to the place where their spouses had permanent residence before joining the army or when they got married.

Article 17. Demobilized military cadres whose spouses have joined the army can be placed in the place where their spouses have permanent residence: (1) their spouses have obtained permanent residence in Beijing for four years; (2) The spouse has obtained a permanent residence in Shanghai for three years; (3) The spouse has obtained permanent residence in Tianjin, Chongqing, provincial capitals (the capital of autonomous regions) and sub-provincial cities for 2 years; (four) the spouse has obtained permanent residence in other cities.
