He proposed that Inner Mongolia should rely on the advantages of ecology and resources, take the market as the guide, focus on efficiency, do a good job in the construction of leading enterprises and bases, and strive to make more than 80% of famous, excellent, special and new agricultural and animal products in the whole region develop into green products, give full play to the extension and radiation of green products, tap the unique ethnic, historical and cultural resources in Inner Mongolia, and integrate green tourism, green consumption, green culture and green product development. During the term of this government, we must completely solve the drinking water problem of people in arsenic poisoning areas, otherwise we will be sinners of history! " The Party Committee of the Autonomous Region has set up a local working group for improving water supply due to arsenic and fluoride poisoning, with him as the team leader. The task of improving water supply ranges from League City to Qixian County, and then to rural areas. Yun Bulong was born and raised in Inner Mongolia. There are many local classmates and friends, but everyone has the same feeling: Don't look at Yun Bulong University, no one will touch his light. An old classmate who had been separated for 30 years came to Yun Bulong from other places. When he heard about it, he took time to see him. The two chatted about friendship and looked back on the past, and the atmosphere was very good. But old classmates came to him for personal affairs. He shook his head and said, "Old classmate, you are too hard on me." Afraid that his classmates would be sad, Yun Bulong warmly entertained him and put him on the train.

During the period of 1996, Yun Bulong served as deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the autonomous region. When his family moved out of Inner Mongolia University, people only saw a pair of old sofas, two big wooden boxes and several paper boxes. Comrades joked, "Do you still have such furniture? Just for work, it's time to change. " Yun Bulong smiled and asked, "Does this affect work?" Two years ago, his wife asked, "We often have guests at home, mostly leading cadres. " Jiang Wenhua, a poor laid-off worker from Wuda Mining Bureau in Wuhai City, has been in bed for more than two years due to illness, and his family is penniless.
