What are the requirements for a tourist visa to Iceland?

The requirements for tourist visas in Iceland are as follows:

1. If your passport is still valid within 3 months after your visa expires, your passport must have at least two blank pages.

2. A complete set of "Schengen visa application form", signed by myself, must be filled in English;
