In the process of land acquisition and demolition, if the state and province introduce new compensation policies for land acquisition and demolition, they shall be implemented according to the new regulations.

How to deal with the temporary land for the project?

In addition to the permanent land for the project, there are also temporary land for the project construction. In order to save intensive land use, our province requires further optimization of the temporary land use plan in the design and construction process to minimize the occupation of cultivated land and temporary land.

The project legal person and the construction unit shall apply to the land and forestry departments of cities and counties for temporary land use procedures in accordance with the regulations when taking soil and using temporary land for construction, and pay compensation fees according to the annual output standard and relevant regulations determined in document No.24 of Anhui Government [2065438+05], and sign a land reclamation agreement with the local government.

Where highways and rural roads are used as construction transport corridors during construction, the construction unit shall sign relevant agreements with highway management units and township people's governments before use, and promise to strengthen daily maintenance to ensure smooth roads. After the project is completed, it shall be restored according to the standard not lower than the original road, and the project legal person shall be responsible for urging the construction unit to fulfill the agreement.

According to the requirements, the project of diverting water from the Yangtze River to Huaihe River should strictly implement the tax and fee policy to ensure timely and full payment. The social security fee for land-expropriated farmers shall be implemented according to the standard of 1.35 million yuan/mu, and the required fees shall be borne by the local government and incorporated into the shares of the project company after being confirmed by the project legal person and the Municipal South-to-North Water Diversion Office.
