Zhangfeng Village is located in the northwest of Zhengzhuang Town, about 20 kilometers away from Zhengzhuang Town Government. It is the reservoir area of Zhangfeng Reservoir, a national key project. There are 4 villagers' groups in the village, 16 1 household, with 426 people. Among them, in the process of resettlement in Zhangfeng reservoir area, Hebei village group moved to Zhangfeng village group. The area of cultivated land 1080.86 mu, forest land 694.5 mu, wasteland 1200 mu. The village has fertile land, abundant water resources and convenient transportation, and is a pilot village for new rural construction in this town.

On August 26th, 2020, patriotic health campaign committee, Shanxi Province named Zhangfeng Village as the Health Village of Shanxi Province from 2020 to 2022.
