Application conditions
Mainland residents can apply for travel permits to and from Hong Kong and Macao respectively according to their needs. Mainland residents who apply for travel permits and endorsements to and from Hong Kong and Macao at the same time, or apply for endorsements separately with valid travel permits to and from Hong Kong and Macao, must meet the corresponding conditions according to different reasons:
(1) Visiting relatives: visiting relatives who have settled, lived, studied or worked in Hong Kong or Macao for a long time; The applicant's spouse and children under the age of 18 can apply together. "Relatives" refer to spouses, parents or parents of spouses, spouses, brothers and sisters, (foreign) grandparents and (foreign) grandchildren of children; "Accompanying application" refers to the application for visiting relatives with the same validity period and number of times as the main applicant.
(2) Business: personnel of enterprises and institutions and individual industrial and commercial households go to Hong Kong and Macao to engage in business activities or drive special vehicles to and from Guangdong Province and Hong Kong or Macao. "Enterprise organization" refers to an enterprise and its branches registered with the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and having independent legal personality; Institutions engaged in production and business activities registered with the state tax authorities; Resident representative offices of overseas enterprises in the mainland. To apply for multiple business endorsements, enterprises and institutions must file with the exit-entry administration department of the local public security organ with the right of examination and approval in advance.
(3) Group Tour: Participate in a group tour to Hong Kong or Macao organized by a travel agency designated by the National Tourism Administration.
(4) Individual travel: permanent residents of cities that provide individual travel services to Hong Kong and Macao, or non-resident residents who meet the requirements stipulated by the National Immigration Bureau, apply for individual travel to Hong Kong or Macao.
(5) Stay: those who go to Hong Kong for employment, schooling, employment, residence and training with the approval of the relevant departments of Hong Kong, and go to Hong Kong as dependants; Relatives of persons who go to Macao for employment, study and employment with the approval of relevant Macao authorities, and relatives of persons who go to Macao for residence with the approval of relevant Macao authorities.
(6) Others: those who apply for going to Hong Kong or Macao for special reasons such as medical treatment, funeral service, visiting critically ill patients, litigation, examination, handling industry and academic exchanges; Apply for a stay in Hong Kong (Macau) with a stay endorsement.
Application materials (1) Mainland residents apply for travel permits to and from Hong Kong and Macao separately.

(two) mainland residents to apply for travel to Hong Kong and Macao endorsement.

(3) Application materials related to the reasons for applying for endorsement to and from Hong Kong and Macao.
1, visiting relatives.

If relatives have settled in Hong Kong, submit a copy of Hong Kong resident identity card and Hong Kong and Macao residents' travel permits to and from the Mainland; If the relative is of foreign nationality, a copy of Hong Kong permanent identity card and foreign passport must be submitted;
If the relatives live in Hong Kong for a long time, submit a copy of the Hong Kong identity card, a valid entry permit to Hong Kong valid for more than one year and a valid travel document;
If a relative is employed or studying in Hong Kong, a copy of the corresponding entry permit and a copy of the valid travel document must be submitted.
If relatives have settled in Macao, submit a copy of Macao resident identity card and Hong Kong and Macao residents' travel permit to and from the Mainland; If the relative is of foreign nationality, a copy of Macao permanent identity card and foreign passport shall be submitted;
If relatives live in Macao for a long time, submit a copy of Macao resident identity card or Macao special stay certificate and valid travel documents;
If a relative is employed in Macao, a copy of the certification document and a copy of the valid travel document approved by the competent authorities of Macao for employment in Macao shall be submitted;
If a relative is studying in Macao, a copy of the admission notice or proof of studying in Macao and a copy of a valid travel document shall be submitted.
Proof of kinship includes: marriage certificate, birth certificate, household registration book showing kinship, kinship certificate issued by the local police station where the household registration is located, and other legally effective certificates that can prove kinship.
If you apply to the same accepting department again to visit the same relative (except spouse and in-laws) in Hong Kong or Macao, you are not required to submit proof of kinship.

If you continue to apply for a stay endorsement after the expiration of the validity period, submit the original extension permit issued by the Hong Kong Immigration Department and submit a copy.
When going to Macao, you must submit the identification form of minor children of personnel stationed in Macao issued by the personnel department of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in Macao Special Administrative Region.
To study in Macao, you must submit the original "Admission Confirmation Certificate" issued by the Macao Higher Education Auxiliary Office, and submit a copy; If you continue to apply for a stay endorsement after the expiration of the validity period, submit the original certificate of study issued by Macao institutions of higher learning.
To go to Macao for employment, you must submit the List of Stay Permits for Foreign Employees issued by the Exit-Entry Office of Macao Public Security Police or the original approval document with the applicant's name issued by Macao Labor Affairs Bureau and Macao Social and Cultural Department, and submit a copy; If you apply for employment in Macao through a labor management company, you must also submit a copy of the Audit Form for Labor Cooperation Projects in Macao Special Administrative Region issued by the relevant local commercial authorities; If you continue to apply for a stay endorsement after the expiration of the validity period of the stay endorsement, you should submit a renewal list with the applicant's name printed on it issued by the Exit-Entry Administration of the Macao Public Security Police, or submit the original approval document with the applicant's name printed on it issued by the Macao Labor Affairs Bureau and the Macao Social and Cultural Department, and submit a copy.
When employees' relatives go to Macao for employment, they must submit the original approval notice issued by the exit-entry affairs department of Macao Public Security Police, and submit a copy.

If you apply for going to Hong Kong or Macao for other special reasons, you must submit the original application materials related to the application reasons and submit a copy.
Ways of Handling Mainland residents who apply for travel permits and endorsements to and from Hong Kong and Macao shall apply to the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ on their own, but in any of the following circumstances, they shall submit an application in accordance with the relevant provisions:
(1)/kloc-If a person under the age of 0/6 applies for a pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao, his guardian or guardian shall entrust others to accompany him in the application. (3) If a person who holds a valid passport to and from Hong Kong and Macao and goes to Hong Kong and Macao for employment through a labor management company continues to apply for a stay endorsement during his employment in Hong Kong and Macao, the labor management company may apply for a stay endorsement on his behalf. The labor management company shall file the company seal and the signature of the person in charge with the entry-exit administration department of the relevant public security organ where the labor management company is located in advance.
(four) mainland residents in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Shenzhen or Zhuhai visa office in Hong Kong or Macao to apply, you can submit the relevant application materials through the China travel agency in Hong Kong or Macao.
Basic procedures (1) The applicant submits application materials to the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ at or above the county level entrusted by the State Administration of Immigration, and collects fingerprint information as required;

Time limit for completion The exit-entry administration department of the public security organ shall, after accepting the application for a pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao, issue it within 7 working days; After accepting the application for endorsement separately, it shall be issued within 7 working days. Due to local traffic inconvenience or special circumstances, the issuance time can be extended to 20 working days with the approval of the exit-entry administration department of the provincial public security organ.
The exit-entry administration department of the public security organ shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state on exit-entry administration, issue a pass or endorsement to and from Hong Kong and Macao at the place where the non-resident accounts are located.
Mainland residents urgently need to apply for travel permits and endorsements to and from Hong Kong and Macao for emergency reasons such as funeral, treatment of serious illness, visiting critically ill patients, handling overseas emergencies, leaving the country to attend emergency meetings and negotiations, signing contracts and studying abroad, and loss or damage of documents before leaving the country. The exit-entry administration department of the public security organ shall give priority to examination and approval in accordance with the principle of urgency.
The charging standard is 60 yuan for each round-trip Hong Kong and Macao Pass, 15 yuan for each round-trip Hong Kong and Macao Pass, 30 yuan 15 yuan for two times, 80 yuan 120 yuan for a short period (not more than one year), and each for more than two years (not including two years) and less than three years (not including three years) 120 yuan.
The validity period of the certificate (1) approves the issuance of a pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao.
The validity period of the travel permit to Hong Kong and Macao is divided into five years and 10 years: the travel permit to Hong Kong and Macao with a validity period of five years is issued to applicants under the age of 16 at the time of application; Travel permits valid for 10 years are issued to applicants who are over 16 years old at the time of application.

If the family is in special difficulties, with the approval of the exit-entry administration department of the provincial public security organ, it can issue multiple endorsements of 1 year, and each stay in Hong Kong or Macao shall not exceed 90 days.
The accompanying applicant can issue a visit endorsement with the same validity period and valid times as the main applicant.
2. Commercial endorsement.
Employees of enterprises and institutions who have been put on record may issue endorsements once every three months, repeatedly every three months, and repeatedly every 1 year, and each stay in Hong Kong or Macao shall not exceed 7 days.

People who drive special vehicles to and from Guangdong Province and Hong Kong or Macao may issue multiple endorsements for three months or 1 year, and each stay in Hong Kong or Macao shall not exceed seven days.

Relatives of people who go to Macao for school, work and employment have signed many endorsements. When going to work in Macao, the validity period of the endorsement shall be issued according to the validity period of the proposed endorsement on the Identity Certificate Form for Minor Children of Macao Personnel issued by the Personnel Department of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in Macao; To study in Macao, the validity of the endorsement shall be issued according to the study period approved by the Confirmation of Admission Certificate issued by the Macao Higher Education Auxiliary Office, but the longest period shall not exceed 1 year. When going to Macao for employment, the validity of the endorsement shall be issued according to the time limit approved by the exit-entry department of Macao Public Security Police or the Macao Labor Affairs Bureau and Social and Cultural Department. The validity of the endorsement of the relatives of employees who go to Macao for employment shall be subject to the time limit approved by the Exit-Entry Administration Office of the Macao Public Security Bureau. The holder's stay in Macao shall not exceed the validity period of the Macao Stay Certificate.
6. Other endorsements (Q).
