Foreign doctoral visa: students submit detailed proof materials (notarization, authentication, etc. ), fill in the immigration form, physical examination, shiatsu, apply for a formal visa for foreign students and a Philippine residence identity card (I-CARD), and go through the registration formalities for foreign students at the China Embassy in the Philippines.

Foreign doctor application procedure
