1) Australian relative guarantee (category 138)

The guarantor must live in the "designated areas" in Australia listed in the Gazette, including Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania, Australian Capital Territory and Northern Territory, as well as parts of Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia.
