If you marry a Spaniard, you can be naturalized in 1 year, but if you divorce within 5 years after marriage, there seems to be a problem. The solution is to change the work visa after marriage.

The documents required for marriage are (if one party is Spanish, and the other party is an overseas Chinese who has an identity in the West but has not been naturalized):

Single declaration (double authentication)

Birth certificate (double authentication)

Identity cards and photocopies of two witnesses.

Identity cards and copies of both parties to the marriage.

Registration certificate issued by the embassy

Photographs of both parties to the marriage.
