Huangdao used to be a heavy industrial zone in Qingdao. Oil, iron works, chemical plants and thermal power plants have very serious land and air pollution. However, the problem of Hongdao and Huangdao is saline-alkali land, although there is no pollution. Whatever you plant dies, the land itself is not good. Although artificial land improvement has a certain effect, it is not a permanent cure. If you want to live in saline-alkali land, Hongdao is definitely the best choice.

In fact, along the coastline between Hongdao and Huangdao, except for saline-alkali land, garbage reclamation land and industrial pollution land, some land is good, but it is too far from the urban area, and it was unknown before the population reached its peak in 2030. With the arrival of aging, the centralization of cities will accelerate, and the farther away it is, the more inconvenient it is. And the investment is short, flat and fast, and the life is comfortable and convenient. Therefore, I would rather buy a 100 square meter cabin in the northern suburbs of the south of the city than live in a 100 square meter room anywhere. After all, there is a big gap between medical education and the quality of transport personnel.

So Qingdao seems to have a long coastline. In fact, the really good plots are Shinan and Laoshan. However, housing prices in these places have soared.
