Physical Fitness Test Standard of People's Police in 2020

Analysis of the law: Article 1 Height and weight standard (1) Generally, the height of men is not less than 1.70cm, and the weight of women is not less than 160 cm, and the weight of women is not less than 45 kg (in some southern areas, with the consent of the competent departments of public security departments (bureaus) of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the height of men can be relaxed to/kloc-0. Obesity or emaciation is judged by the following methods: those whose actual weight exceeds 25% of the standard weight are obese; 15% of people whose actual weight is lower than the standard weight are too thin. Article 2 Traumatic skull defect, fracture, skull depression, intracranial foreign body, sequelae of craniocerebral trauma, brain malformation, history of craniocerebral operation and chronic intracranial hypertension shall not be employed.

Legal basis: Article 28 of the People's Police Law of the People's Republic of China shall meet the following conditions: (1) having legal expertise; (2) Having experience in political and legal work and certain organization, management and command ability; (3) Having a college degree or above; (4) Having been trained by the People's Police College and passed the examination.
