There are three types of skilled immigrants in Australia: 189, 190 and 489.

Australia 189 general skilled immigrant visa is a permanent residence visa, which is suitable for skilled workers who meet the scoring requirements and want to work and stay in Australia. Australia 189 visa does not require the guarantee of employers or relatives, nor does it require the nomination of state or regional governments. Applicants need to submit an EOI before applying for the visa, and then apply through SkillSelect after being invited. Applicants can apply inside and outside Australia.

The immigrants who buy houses are mainly European countries such as Spain, Portugal, Italy, Cyprus and Greece. The investment amount is generally between 250,000 and 500,000 euros. Buying a house can apply for immigration.
