Land use procedure of reservoir spillway

The construction land of water conservancy and hydropower projects is mainly divided into dam area, reservoir area, land for resettlement and relocation of special facilities. According to the different characteristics of construction land for water conservancy and hydropower projects, different approval methods are adopted.

(1) examination and approval method for construction land. First, the land used in dam areas and reservoir areas of water conservancy and hydropower projects is submitted for approval according to the site selection of construction projects; Second, the resettlement land for water conservancy and hydropower projects should be arranged within the scope of construction land determined by the approved overall land use planning of cities or villages and market towns, and submitted for approval in batches according to cities; Third, the land for relocation of special facilities of water conservancy and hydropower projects can be submitted for approval separately according to the requirements for approval of land for construction projects with separate sites.

(2) materials for approval. Need to be reported to the State Council for examination and approval of water conservancy and hydropower projects involving multiple provinces or cities and counties in the province, the relevant provinces shall organize the relevant cities and counties to prepare the examination and approval materials respectively, and after being summarized at the provincial level, they shall be examined and approved by the province as a unit.
