The first deer processing plant was built in Christchurch, South Island, New Zealand. In the same year, it obtained the export license of New Zealand Agriculture and Forestry Bureau (PH220) and officially landed in the American market (1987).

The third factory is located in Christchurch, New Zealand. In the same year, it obtained the European export right (qualification number NZ99RP)( 1997). Established branches or agents in Australia, Canada, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong and other places, and Evergreen's global sales network based in New Zealand was formally formed (2002).
