Measures for the Administration of Feilaixia Water Control Project in Guangdong Province
The ownership of land and water surface within the management scope belongs to the state, and the right to use it belongs to the Construction Management Bureau. Article 4 The scope of protection and water source protection of Feilaixia Water Control Project:
