1. Anyone who has a legal and fixed occupation in Yinchuan can enter a household in Yinchuan. The people who can enter the household in Yinchuan are: themselves, spouses, children and parents. The applicant shall submit the following materials:

3. Those who have obtained technical secondary school education or national vocational qualification certificate can enter the household in Yinchuan. The people who can enter the household in Yinchuan are: themselves, spouses, children and parents. The applicant shall submit the following materials:

(1) Graduation certificate of technical secondary school or above or national vocational qualification certificate

(2) If the applicant has a legally stable residence (inclusive), the owner of the house and the household applicant shall fill in the household application form on the spot (if the applicant is a collective household, he shall fill in the household application form with a letter of introduction from the unit);

(3) domicile of origin;

(4) If the household registration book of origin cannot prove the relationship between spouse, children and parents, provide the Marriage Certificate, Birth Medical Certificate or other materials that can prove the relationship.
