gem lake. Kaijiang is a county under the jurisdiction of Dazhou City, Sichuan Province. There is a Gem Lake in Kaijiang County, which is a place worth visiting. Gem Lake is also called Gem Reservoir. Baiyan River, a tributary of Mingyue River in Kaijiang County, was built in 1958. It is an artificial reservoir with irrigation, urban living water production, power generation, fish farming, shipping and tourism. There are many fork roads, half roads, bays and central islands in the lake, surrounded by low mountains and hills with beautiful natural scenery.
