If you choose to collect your passport/visa at home, you need to go to the business outlets of CITIC Bank during normal business hours.

If you choose the paid delivery service, EMS will contact you to agree on the delivery date and time. When the courier delivers the passport to your home or office, someone must pick it up.

The delivery time is as follows:

2 working days in major cities;

4-5 working days in other areas.

EMS will try to deliver each passport up to 5 times. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the passport will be left in the EMS office for collection; If the passport is not delivered or collected by the applicant within 0/5 days, it will be returned to the embassy or consulate. After that, the applicant should contact the embassy/consulate directly to determine how to return your passport.
