At the time of distribution, at least half of the family members who apply must have lived in Hong Kong for seven years and still live in Hong Kong. /kloc-children under 0/8 years old
(i) No matter where you were born, as long as one of your parents has lived in Hong Kong for seven years; or
(ii) Born in Hong Kong and established Hong Kong permanent resident status;
Everyone is considered to meet the seven-year residence requirement.
