The differences among IELTS, pte, TOEFL and sat are as follows:

I. SAT

The SAT is designed mainly for high school students who want to study in the United States. The main language of the SAT is English, including reading, writing and mathematics. The reading and writing test of the SAT uses American English, which may be difficult for candidates who have not obtained a full degree in the United States. SAT math test is a test of daily basic math ability, which is relatively easy.

Second, IELTS

IELTS test introduces candidates' comprehensive English ability into the international category, including listening, speaking, reading and writing. IELTS has a wide range of uses, which can be used for studying abroad, emigrating and applying for employment. The English used in the IELTS test is British English, which is relatively biased towards British language and culture. IELTS is an important assessment tool for applying for universities and immigrants in Canada and Australia.

Third, TOEFL.

TOEFL plays a very important role in English test, and it is one of the thresholds that American and Canadian universities must pass when enrolling and applying for foreign students. The TOEFL test consists of four parts: listening, speaking, reading and writing, which mainly examines candidates' ability to cope with language in different contexts. Fourth, PTE.

It is a new generation of international English proficiency test sponsored by Pearson Group, the parent company of the Financial Times, and the GMAT Management Postgraduate Entrance Examination Committee, which was launched in 2009. PTE is an English test for studying abroad or immigrating. Like IELTS and TOEFL, it is accepted by many educational institutions and governments and can be used to prove one's English ability.
