Tianfu Square is near the ancient imperial city of Chengdu. In 347 BC, it was equivalent to the Warring States period in the Central Plains. According to legend, during the Warring States Period, the enlightened Shu King IX moved to Chengdu and established the North Shaocheng in the mountainous area of wudan, north of Tianfu Square today. Tianfu Square is the geographical center of Chengdu and an important prosperous landmark in southwest China.
