According to the Los Angeles Times, since TMZ released the audio of Clippers owner donald sterling's involvement in racial discrimination, elgin baylor, a former Clippers manager and Hall of Fame member, has been ringing off the hook, and everyone wants to know what he wants to say to Sterling after learning about it.

Baylor became the focus because the 79-year-old NBA celebrity sued Sterling in the Los Angeles High Court in February 2009, claiming that he illegally fired employees because of age and racial discrimination. Baylor claimed that Sterling had expressed the hope that the Clippers would be composed of "a group of poor black boys from southern Africa and a white head coach". Baylor also said that his salary has been $350,000 a year since 2003 and has never changed. That year, Sterling gave the white head coach a four-year $22 million contract.

For example, many properties and rental agencies under Sterling's name have been accused by federal human rights agencies. One day after the "911incident" on May 38, 2006, an FBI agent warned that several "Muslim tenants" might be wanted by the FBI. So Sterling used this as an excuse to expel all African-American and Hispanic residents, and the name of the building was changed from "Wilshere Building" to "Korea World Building"

In 2002, Raymond Hansen, the security manager of Korea World Tower, heard Sterling's words in the room outside the door. "Those black people in the apartment are smelly and dirty. Those Mexicans are fooling around, eating, drinking and having fun, and the room is filled with smoke. I hate them! " Hansen said these words in court, and Sterling admitted them all, but he said; "I know I shouldn't discriminate against them, but this is my property and I have the right to do so."
