When you apply for an immigrant visa for a family member, you and the Norwegian diplomatic agency/police must fill out a separate list of documents in order to submit your application to the Norwegian Immigration Service. 9. Notarial certificate or marriage certificate of the relationship between the applicant and his relatives living in Norway.

10. If a child lives in China with one parent and the child goes to Norway to reunite with the other parent, it is necessary to provide a statement and notarial certificate that the father or mother living in China agrees to leave China.
