1. Visa Instructions
(1) Niger’s embassies and consulates abroad apply for entry visas:

2. Entry Instructions
(1) International tourists must hold a valid passport, visa and a yellow book with yellow fever vaccination certificate;

(4) If international tourists who hold the relevant documents in Article 2 above drive into the country by land or water, they must also hold vehicle insurance and police certificate documents to prepare for possible accidents. (5) Niger Customs allows 200 cigarettes, 1 pint of perfume, and 1 bottle of wine to be brought in duty-free.
3. Customs regulations
(1) Import
1. The main purpose of importing goods into Nigeria is for domestic consumption. Except for goods that are tax-free according to relevant regulations, other imported goods are subject to customs duties and other taxes. Goods prohibited from import are not allowed to enter the consumer market.
2. Goods intended for re-export are exempt from customs duties and other taxes.
3. Some imported goods may not be subject to tax until they enter the consumer market.
4. Re-export tax exemption means that goods transferred from one customs to another or from one country to another are exempt from customs duties and other taxes.
5. Bonded warehouse means that goods can be stored in a certain warehouse under customs supervision, and tax exemption or delayed payment will be determined depending on the re-export of the goods or their future introduction into the consumer market.
6. Temporary license means that goods for re-export within a limited period can be stored within the customs and are exempt from customs duties and other taxes.
7. Aircraft supplies, postal packages, passenger-related regulations, etc. are not within the scope of the above regulations.
(2) Export
1. Goods destined for export in the domestic market must pay customs duties and other taxes when they leave the country. Unless special permission is granted, goods prohibited from export are not allowed to exit customs.
2. Exportation préalable means that materials or goods used to manufacture re-exported goods can be imported duty-free or partially duty-free.
3. Exported goods can be given a full or partial tax refund (drawback) after they are exported.
4. Temporary export means that when exported goods are re-imported or re-imported after processing, they can be exempted or partially exempted from paying customs duties and other import taxes.
(3) Storage
This means that goods that have not been declared within the prescribed time limit, have not been inspected in accordance with regulations, or have not left the customs for other purposes will be stored in the customs warehouse. .
(4) Tariffs
