Conditions for emigrating to New Zealand

Legal analysis: To apply for skilled migration to New Zealand, applicants need to meet the "basic requirements" and "integral requirements": 1, and the basic requirements are 1. Before submitting the EOI application, the application needs to get a score above 100 in the following aspects, while the current invitation score is above 160.

Legal basis: Article 24 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Exit and Entry Administration. When foreigners enter the country, they shall submit their passports or other international travel documents, visas or other entry permits to the entry-exit frontier inspection authorities and go through the prescribed procedures before entering the country.
